Inventory Report
The inventory report shows available capacity for every product and day (or hour), 7 / 14 / 30 days at a time, with closed days shaded, totals and a CSV export.
Usage Report
Utilisation, hires, average hire length and revenue for every rental product over 30, 90 or 365 days. Idle stock is flagged, By serial shows the same figures for each unit, and it all exports to CSV.
Bookings Calendar
Every day shows how many units go out, come back and are overdue. Sync the whole calendar to Apple, Google or Outlook over ICS.

Click a day to list the orders going out and coming back, with the customer and items on each.

The "By order" view draws each order across its whole rental period.

Return by order, or scan a list of serial numbers and let the return page check the items in for you.
Serial Number / Barcode Tracking
Every physical unit has its own serial or barcode with status, cost, acquisition date, the order it is out on and its last movement.
Serials On The Product Page
Turn on serial tracking and manage the units right on the product edit page — code, status, acquired date, cost and notes save as you type.
Settings
Store-wide defaults organised as tabs, with tooltips on every option. Products can override any of them.

Advanced Pricing Grid
You can enter any rental period you want rather than being limited to price per day or hour along with length based changes to that price. There is also the ability to use add on rental periods.
Below you can see how the entry looks in the admin area and customer side. Inbetween rental periods rates are automatically calculated. As an example you could put:
3d = 3 Day rental price
2w = 2 Week rental price
1m = 1 Month rental price
Fixed Length Calendar Type
Offer customers the ability to select the length of rental and the start date of the rental.
Fixed Date and Time (Tours)
Fixed date and time meaning that the booking is only available on the date and times you set. For example you could put Monday / Wednesday / Friday 8 - 10am, 1 - 3pm, or you could repeat Monthly and Yearly for certain rental lengths. Another example: every March 5th for a 1 day rental.

Search By Date Widget
Put the date search anywhere on the site: a homepage hero like this one, a sidebar or a landing page. Customers enter their dates once and see every rental that is free for them.
Guided Date Picker On A Phone
A guided panel takes the customer through the pick-up day and then the return day, showing the range as they go. On a phone it opens as a bottom sheet.
Search Results For Your Dates
The shop then lists the rentals for those dates, with the dates in a bar at the top, and anything already booked is marked Not available for your dates. The dates stay in the link, so a search can be bookmarked or shared.
Search Builder
Rentals > Settings > Search Builder: choose the layout (bar, stacked or card) and which fields to show in which order, with a live preview of the real form.
Search Builder Colours And Style
Set the wording, calendar skin, corner radius, shadow and colours. The preview changes as you go, and nothing is saved until you click Save.
Flexible Pricing Entry
Pricing is easy to enter you can enter the daily or hourly price, but you can also use weekly and monthly pricing by using the length based pricing discounts.
