A property is a calendar, not a stock level
Almost every rule that matters is a rule about nights: when a guest arrives, how long they must stay, and how long the clean takes before the next one. These are the ones generic booking plugins get wrong.
Nights, not days
A stay runs from a check-in to a check-out, and the check-out day can go to the next guest. Everything in between is blocked once the stay is booked.

Enter rates by night, week or month, and the engine prices the stay from the nights chosen, so a week doesn’t cost seven times a night. Special pricing attaches to date ranges, so school holidays, festival weeks and shoulder season each carry their own price without a second calendar.
Minimum and maximum stays are set per property, closed dates can carry a reason, and the calendar can show the price of each night. Guests choose adults, children, infants and pets, with extra-guest and pet fees added to the stay. See the full rental feature list.
Cleaning days held, and calendars kept in step
A turnaround buffer holds each property off the calendar after a stay, in hours or days, for the clean, the linen and the inspection. A property that needs a full day between guests is never double-sold, and a same-day changeover only appears when the timings genuinely work.
Each property has an iCal feed for Airbnb, Booking.com or Google Calendar, and an iCal import blocks the nights booked there, so a stay sold on a listing site closes on your own site too. The whole booking calendar syncs to Google, Apple or Outlook for the housekeeping team, and an arrival reminder goes out by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Direct bookings on a website you own
Your property pages carry the photos, floor plans and local guides, with live availability on the same page. Guests search by where, check-in, check-out and guests, filter by what matters to them, such as bedrooms, sleeps, pool, pets or parking, and book without leaving your site, paying through your own gateway with no commission taken from the stay.
Import rooms and properties by CSV when the portfolio grows, rank for your own location under your own name, and keep guest details and booking history on your own server, so repeat guests are your customers. Long stays can be billed monthly through the Subscriptions plugin Pro.

Can guests book specific nights with a check-in and check-out date?
Yes. Availability is held by night, with a start and an end date, so the calendar shows exactly which nights are free and blocks everything in between once a stay is booked.
Can I set a minimum stay?
Yes. Minimum and maximum stays are set per property, so you can ask for three nights in low season and a full week in August.
Does it handle changeover cleaning between guests?
Yes. A turnaround buffer holds the property out of availability for as long as the clean and inspection take, so a same-day changeover is only offered when it genuinely works.
Can I charge different rates by season?
Yes. Rates are entered by night, week or month, and special pricing attaches to date ranges, so peak weeks, school holidays and shoulder season each carry their own price.
Can it sync with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes, on WooCommerce. Each property has an iCal feed the listing sites can read, and an iCal import blocks the nights booked there. The Magento 2 extension exports bookings by ICS but has no iCal import.
Can I take a refundable damage deposit?
Yes, with the Security Deposits plugin in Pro: charged at checkout and released after the stay, or held as a card token and charged only if there’s damage. The rental agreement is signed online before arrival with the Contract Signing plugin.
Do you take commission on bookings?
