How to import a theme
In WordPress go to Rentals → Setup → Industry kits, choose the theme’s zip, click Upload kit, tick what you want and click Import kit.
Lite imports everything except the homepage’s date search, which Regular and Pro add. Importing again never duplicates anything, and Remove kit content takes away only what you have not changed.
Four Themes Ready for More Than One Location
On the live demo, the car, bike, trailer and equipment themes run with the Multi Location Inventory plugin for WooCommerce. The search asks where the customer picks up and returns, each location keeps its own stock, and a one-way fee shows before they book.

Locations, stock per location and one-way fees come from the Multi Location Inventory plugin, sold on its own or in the Pro + Multi Location Inventory package. A theme does not create locations: you add your own under Rentals → Locations. Without the plugin, these four themes work as single-location shops.
A Working Rental Store, Not a Blank Page
A new WooCommerce rental store starts with an empty shop. A theme starts you with products, pages and settings you edit into your own.

Import a Theme in Four Steps
No theme to install and no code: the importer is part of every edition of Rentals & Bookings, the free Lite plugin included.
Upload it
In WordPress, go to Rentals → Setup → Industry kits and upload the zip.
Choose what to import
Tick the parts you want, and type your shop’s name for the page sections.
Import
A report lists everything that was added. Edit it like the rest of your content.
Changed your mind?
Import again, and only what you have not edited is updated, never duplicated. Remove kit content deletes only what you have not changed: products with orders or bookings always stay, and your calendar, search and theme settings go back to how they were.
Save your own set-up as a kit
Rentals → Setup → Export saves your shop’s set-up as a .zip: the Calendar Styler settings (and the Search Builder’s, with Regular or Pro), your theme’s colours and fonts, and the products of the categories you choose, with their rental settings. Import it on another site, such as a second store or a staging copy.
Photos you may share
Photos go into an exported kit only when you say where they come from and that you may share them.

Frequently Asked
Are the themes really free?
Yes. The themes are free, and so is the importer: the free Rentals & Bookings Lite plugin 1.0.11 or newer imports them under Rentals → Setup → Industry kits. Lite imports everything in a theme except the date search on its homepage; Regular and Pro 1.0.74 or newer add that search widget. See Regular and Pro pricing.
Where do I get the theme files?
From the theme download page. Enter your email once (customers just log in), then pick one or download all 16 in one zip. Each card on this page links to its theme there. Each theme is one .zip file; upload it as it is, without unpacking it. Try them first if you like: every theme runs on the live demo.
What is different with the free Lite plugin?
Only the date search. Lite imports the sample products with their prices and rental settings, the categories, the page sections, the homepage, the calendar colours and labels, and the colours and fonts. The homepage’s search card is left out and the headline keeps its place, so nothing looks missing. Regular and Pro add the search widget, and re-importing the theme after an upgrade puts it on the homepage.
Will a theme replace my WordPress theme?
No. A rental theme is a kit of content and settings, not a WordPress theme. It adds sample products, block patterns and a homepage and, if you tick them, colours and fonts for Astra or a style for a block theme. The WordPress theme you use stays active.
What happens to my own products and pages?
Nothing changes unless you tick it. A sample product whose slug your shop already uses is left alone, never overwritten. The imported homepage only becomes your front page if you tick “Also make it my homepage”.

Does a theme include everything on the live demo?
The homepage, products, calendar, colours and fonts, yes, and the search form with Regular or Pro. A few things on the demo belong to the demo, not the theme: the holiday-stay page with its photo mosaic and reservation card, the car and boat cards on the shop pages, and the switcher that changes the look. Branches, shops, depots and yards come from the Multi Location Inventory plugin, and you add your own locations.
Can I use the photos in my shop?
Yes. The photos were made for the themes (AI-generated for us, or our own illustrations), and each kit’s LICENSES.md lists every image and font with its licence. Purely AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, so others may use similar images.
Do the themes load anything from Google or another server?
No. The fonts are installed on your own site from the kit, and nothing is requested from Google Fonts or any other server.
