Goodshuffle Pro or Sales Igniter: event rental software with quotes and dispatch, or a rental store you own
Goodshuffle Pro is hosted software for event and party rental companies, billed each month per plan and per user. Sales Igniter adds rental booking to your own WooCommerce, Magento 2 or Shopify store. Here is what each one does, screen by screen, and what each costs.

The competitor
What Goodshuffle Pro is, and who it is for
Goodshuffle Pro is hosted software from Goodshuffle, Inc. in Washington, DC.2 The company started in 2013 as a rental marketplace and launched Goodshuffle Pro for event professionals in January 2018.3 It is built for event and party rental companies, from tents, furniture and linens to decor and AV5, and serves businesses in the US and Canada, with a beta in Mexico, the UK and Australia.1
It runs the work around each event: quotes your team builds from your inventory, and contracts the client signs and pays online7, with warehouse pull sheets, check-in and delivery dispatch on Standard.17 It has no shop of its own: a paid add-on shows your inventory on your own website, where clients send a wishlist that becomes a quote request.12
Its pricing page has two plans: Lite at $39 a month for one person, billed monthly, and Standard at $99 a month with two users, billed yearly. More users, more delivery vehicles and add-ons such as the website integration and QuickBooks Online are billed each month on top.1 Online payments go through Stripe, built in, with Stripe’s card fees and a 0.25% transfer fee on each payment.57
What it does
Quotes and conflicts
Every quote reserves stock for its dates, and a conflict shows as soon as signed and pending projects need more than you have, with alternates and subrentals to cover the gap.6Sign and pay proposals
A quote becomes a contract the client signs and pays from one link, with deposit policies, payment schedules and automatic payment reminders.7Warehouse fulfilment
On Standard, digital pull sheets move each item through your own stages, check-in records what came back, and set asides take damaged, lost or stolen items out of stock.8Dispatch
On Standard, delivery routes with drivers and crews, planned by AI auto-routing, with one vehicle included and more at a monthly fee.9Website wishlist
A paid add-on puts your inventory on your own Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress or Wix site, where clients build a wishlist that arrives as a quote for you to check and send.12Payments and accounting
Online payments through Stripe, built in, with card readers, Apple Pay and Buy Now, Pay Later, and a paid QuickBooks Online integration.11What it looks like

How it is priced
Lite
$39/monthFor one person: unlimited projects, quotes, contracts and inventory, conflict detection and an onboarding session. Billed monthly only; no limited or read-only seats, pull sheets, check-in or dispatch1Standard
$99/monthAdds a limited user for the warehouse or driving, digital pull sheets, check-in, set asides, subrentals, buffers, QR barcodes, and dispatch with one vehicle, plus an onboarding specialist and one-to-one training. Billed monthly: $139 a month, with full users at $591Standard billed yearly; more users are $39 each a month on Lite and $49 on Standard; $30 off the first month or $300 off the first year for members of MATRA, NACE, ILEA, ARA or the IFAI Tent Rental Division.1 Seats are priced by type: limited users for warehouse staff and drivers, and read-only users, cost less than full users. Add-ons are billed monthly on top: the website integration, QuickBooks Online, Advanced Inventory with scanning, multi-brand and more dispatch vehicles.1
The alternative
Sales Igniter: rental booking inside a store you own
Sales Igniter is not a hosted service you rent. It is a rental booking engine that installs into an online store, as a WooCommerce plugin for WordPress, a Magento 2 extension, or an app for Shopify.65
On WooCommerce and Magento you buy it once, get the complete source code and run it on your own hosting, with unlimited staff logins, products, customers and orders.65 On Shopify it is an app billed monthly or yearly through Shopify, coming soon.67 On every platform the booking calendar is part of your own store and its own checkout, on your domain and in your theme.

Availability & bookings

Each project holds stock for its dates from the moment it is quoted. Goodshuffle Pro counts what is posted, set aside and still free, and flags a conflict when signed and pending projects need more than you have; alternates and subrentals cover a shortage, and buffers on Standard cover travel or cleaning time.

A month view of units going out and coming back, a dashboard for today, and an ICS feed for your own calendar.

A rental calendar by product or by order, with units going out and coming back and maintenance blocks.

A month calendar of units going out and coming back, with each day’s bookings and conflicts in a side panel.
The difference: Both check stock for every date of a booking. Goodshuffle Pro builds it around quotes your team prepares and sends; Sales Igniter checks it in your own store, so customers see what is free for their dates and book it themselves.
Online booking

The website integration, a paid add-on, shows your Goodshuffle Pro inventory on your own Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress or Wix site. Clients choose dates and add items to a wishlist, and each wishlist arrives as a quote request that you check and send; online checkout is listed as coming soon.

The booking form is part of your own product pages, on your domain and in your theme, in every licence.

The rental calendar on your own Magento product pages, with rates, start and end dates.

A rental card on your Shopify product pages, with rates by period, the chosen dates and the total.
The difference: Goodshuffle Pro’s website collects quote requests, and the client signs and pays once you send the quote. Sales Igniter’s booking calendar and checkout are part of your own store, so customers can see availability, book and pay in one visit.
Check-out & check-in

On Standard, a digital pull sheet moves each item through your own stages, such as loaded, dropped off and picked up, and staff check items back in after the event. Scanning items through those stages takes the Advanced Inventory add-on, and Lite has no pull sheets or check-in.

A Send & Return desk with Due today, Overdue and Next 7 days, serial pickers, barcode returns and pick lists.

A Send Rentals grid with the dates, reserved quantity and quantity to ship for each order line.

A Send & Return desk with a scan box, Due today, Overdue and Next 7 days, and serial pickers.
The difference: Both record what goes out and what comes back. Goodshuffle Pro works event by event from each project’s pull sheet; Sales Igniter’s Send & Return desk lists what is due out, due back and overdue across all orders, with serial numbers and barcode returns.
Maintenance
There is no maintenance module. On Standard, a set aside takes a damaged, lost or stolen item out of stock with a reason, a note and a photo, and each item shows the projects it was damaged on; their pages describe no work orders or service schedules.

Maintenance & Inspections, in Ultimate: tickets with technicians and photos, service schedules by days, rentals or meter hours, and check-in that sends a unit to repair.

Maintenance tickets with the technician, repair cost and photos, service schedules, and check-in that sends a unit for service, in Pro.
Tickets with parts, labour, vendor work and costs, service schedules by days, rentals or meter hours, and check-in that sends a unit for service.
The difference: Goodshuffle Pro keeps damaged items out of stock until the set aside is cleared. Sales Igniter adds maintenance tickets, service schedules and repair at check-in, with cost and downtime reports.
Reports

A dashboard with upcoming projects, tasks and sales, financial reports, and revenue and average daily utilisation for each item. Project lists with filters and custom columns export to Excel, and the inventory exports to CSV.

A rentals dashboard, a usage report with utilisation and revenue per unit, and inventory reports with CSV export.

A rentals dashboard with today’s sends and returns, the next 7 days, revenue by week and payments due.

A dashboard with going out, due back, overdue, the next 7 days and revenue, plus usage by product.
The difference: Both report revenue and use per item. Goodshuffle Pro reports per event project and its sales team; Sales Igniter reports per rental order, and on WooCommerce and Magento your data sits in your own database for any other tool.
What it costs
What you will have paid, year by year
Goodshuffle Pro’s list prices: Lite billed monthly, Standard billed yearly, each further user priced as a full user. Standard’s second included user is a limited user for the warehouse or driving, and further limited seats cost less than full ones, so a team with warehouse staff can pay less than shown.1 Add-ons such as the website integration are not in the totals, and neither is the 0.25% transfer fee, which depends on your sales.57 Sales Igniter shows the price with the current promotion and the regular price; renewing updates each year is optional. Prices checked 17 October 2026.
After 5 years, with 6 staff logins
Excludes payment-gateway fees and tax. Sales Igniter on WooCommerce and Magento excludes web hosting, typically $10–$40 a month. Promotions change the first payment only. Goodshuffle Pro’s booking fees and commissions depend on your sales, so they are not in the totals. Prices checked 17 October 2026.

Frequently asked questions
Does Sales Igniter charge per user?
Not on WooCommerce or Magento 2: every licence includes unlimited admin accounts, products, customers and orders. Goodshuffle Pro includes one user on Lite and two on Standard, and charges for each further seat every month, with lower prices for limited and read-only seats on Standard.1
Is a website included?
Goodshuffle Pro does not host websites: its website integration, a paid add-on, puts your inventory and a wishlist on your own Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress or Wix site.12 Sales Igniter is part of your WooCommerce, Magento 2 or Shopify store, so the rental catalogue, booking calendar and checkout are your website.
Can customers book and pay online without a quote?
Not yet on Goodshuffle Pro: a website wishlist arrives as a quote request that your team checks and sends, and the client signs and pays from the quote. Its pricing page lists online checkout and website availability rules as coming soon.1 With Sales Igniter, customers pick their dates, see what is free and pay at checkout, and the Ultimate edition on WooCommerce and Magento 2 adds quote requests as well.
What are the payment fees?
Goodshuffle Pro takes online payments through Stripe, built in: Stripe’s card fee on each charge plus a 0.25% transfer fee, which you can absorb or pass on to the client.57 Sales Igniter takes no commission or booking fee and works with the payment gateways your store supports, so the only fee on a booking is your payment provider’s.
Does it handle event stock like tents, chairs and linens?
Goodshuffle Pro is built for event and party rentals, with packages, pull sheets and delivery dispatch.5 Sales Igniter handles the same stock with bundles and kits, tracking by quantity or serial number, and turnover time between rentals, in a store customers can book from directly.
Does it plan delivery routes?
Goodshuffle Pro Standard includes dispatch with AI auto-routing for one vehicle, with more vehicles at a monthly fee each.1 Sales Igniter’s Ultimate edition on WooCommerce adds Smart Routing, and Regular charges delivery by distance; on Magento 2 and Shopify you set drop-off and pick-up, or delivery areas and slots, without route planning.
Is there a Shopify version?
Yes. Rentals & Bookings for Shopify is billed monthly or yearly through Shopify. It is coming soon, and its prices appear on this page at launch.
