Departures that run themselves
Set a minimum number of guests per departure with a decide-by time: run it anyway, cancel and refund, or offer another date. Guests are emailed when a departure changes.
- Stop online sales some hours before a departure, and show “Call us to book”
- Customers move their booking to another departure themselves, up to a cut-off
- Review request email after the tour, sent only to guests who turned up
Manifest, check-in and waivers
Every departure has a manifest. Check guests in by scanning their QR ticket, print it, download a CSV or email it to your staff.
- Each guest signs the waiver, and the manifest shows who has signed (Pro)
- Pickup points with a time before departure, and a manifest sorted by pickup time
- Staff schedule board with drag and drop, and a “My schedule” page for each staff member
Tours are not part of the Magento 2 extension; Magento tracks staff and resources on bookings.
