Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our Rental Booking Software and Magento extensions licenses. Refunds are at the discretion of Sales Igniter and come after trying to resolve any problems you may be facing. Installation if used on the pro/ultimate package ($99), training ($85/session), credit card processing fees (2.9%), or customization fees can not be refunded.
Refunds are not offered on leased / monthly licenses.
License
When you purchase a Sales Igniter license it is perpetual (good for lifetime) for your website. A license covers one live Magento or WordPress / WooCommerce installation. Since Magento and WordPress has multi-store or multi-site mode – this means you could run multiple stores / domain names from the same Magento install and this is allowed with our license. There are no monthly recurring fees for this license. You are free to use your Sales Igniter license as you please for loading as many products as you want to your store. You are also free to use your license for as many dev sites / servers as needed while you do testing or development.
Owning a Sales Igniter license does not mean that you get lifetime support and software updates. Please view our pricing page to see how long you get for support and updates it varies by package.
Privacy Policy
We do not share your personal information such as your billing address, email address, or phone numbers with anyone without express written permission. All personal information and billing data collected online is stored on a secure SSL encrypted server via our online invoicing system.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
Sales Igniter, its employees and subcontractors agree that, except as directed by CLIENT, it will not at any time during or after the term of this contract disclose any Confidential Information to any person whatsoever.
Customization Work
Small customizations (less than 20 hours) many times have to be merged to the main Sales Igniter code base to keep your site in the upgrade path. Other customizations (greater than 20 hours) can sometimes be made as an “extension” that we do not have to put into the main Sales Igniter release.
Delivery Dates On Customization Projects
We do our best to meet client timelines on projects. However in the event that a project is delivered late, we do not offer refunds or discounts.
Liability
Service Provider will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines. Nor be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner. eg. Any disputes re content/images that have been provided to us for inclusion on the site.
Service Provider will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.
Service Provider will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents. In no event shall Service Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, stemming from the use or performance of a client website or from any information, products and services provided through client sites, even if this website has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, your use of our client websites is entirely at your own risk. If we are in breach of the arrangements under this agreement, we will not be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result.
We do not have any liability of any sort (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of providers of telecommunication services or for faults in or failures of their networks and equipment.
