Each route runs on a vehicle, and a driver drives it with the driver app on their phone. Both live on the Vehicles & drivers page.
Vehicles #
Each vehicle starts at one of your locations. Under Add or change a vehicle, fill in:

Click Save vehicle. Use Change or Remove next to a vehicle in the list.
Locations #
Locations lists your Shopify locations: where vehicles start and finish. They update when you change them in Shopify; Refresh from Shopify reads them again at once. A location you remove in Shopify is marked “removed in Shopify”.
Drivers #
Drivers see their routes on their phone: the stops in order, Navigate, Call, and Delivered with a signature and photos. They sign in with a link the app emails them, or by scanning a code on this page. There is no password, and they don’t need a Shopify account.
To add a driver, fill in Name, Email (the sign-in link goes here), Phone and Usual vehicle, and click Add and email the link. The driver gets “Your driver app link for …” with a link that works once, for 7 days.

Each driver shows their email and usual vehicle, Signed in while they are, and when they were last seen (or invited).
Which routes a driver gets #
When you send the day’s routes, a route without a driver goes to the one active driver whose Usual vehicle it is. You can also pick the Driver of any route on the Schedule, until the driver has started it. See Schedule, run sheets and reports.

Good to know #
- Your plan sets how many vehicles you can add and how many drivers can be active; the page says “Your plan includes …” when there is a limit. Adding one more says which plan includes it. See Plans and features.
- There’s no per-driver fee: drivers are included in your plan.
