The first release. Runs on any WordPress site: WordPress 6.6 or later, PHP 8.1 or later. WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads and BetterDocs are optional.

• New featureThe chat widget. A launcher under 30 KB gzipped that loads the chat only when it is opened, in its own Shadow DOM, with your colours, position, greeting and reply time line, questions before the chat, files, earlier conversations by emailed code, full screen on phones, and pages where it is hidden
• New featureThe inbox. A full-screen app inside WordPress, in its own tab: views (All open, Mine, AI, Waiting, Email, Snoozed, Resolved, Rated good) and saved views, search, assign, resolve, snooze, reminders, private notes, bulk actions, saved replies with !, docs search with ?, /note, /snooze and /remind, the Ctrl+K command palette and keyboard keys
• New featureThe AI agent. Answers from your help docs, pages and products around the clock, shows its sources, quotes only prices from your store, and hands over to a person for billing, account changes, a request for a person or anything it cannot answer. Your own key (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or any OpenAI-compatible URL), a fallback model, a monthly budget, zero-data-retention hosts and hidden emails and phone numbers. Suggest a reply and Summarise for your team
• New featureThe AI steps in. When someone is online but has not answered within a minute (or the time you choose), the AI helps the visitor in the meantime; the operator’s first reply takes over
• New featureKnowledge. Choose which help docs (BetterDocs), pages, posts, WooCommerce products and EDD downloads the AI may read; pages are re-indexed when they change, and pages not updated for 12 months are left out until you allow them. Try it, live prices and this month’s spend on the AI agent screen
• New featureEmail continuity. Unread replies go to the visitor by email with a Continue in chat button, and email replies come back into the same conversation, through IMAP, a pipe or a webhook. Transcripts, a stop link in every email and no tracking pixel
• New featureLive visitors and proactive messages. Who is on the site now, on a list and a world map drawn by the plugin (no map service), with consent only; Message a visitor; proactive messages by page, time on the page, visit number, cart value, device, login and who can answer, with how often they show and their Shown, Opened and Replied counts
• New featureRouting and office hours. Routing rules by page, message words, product, customer, login, country, language and office hours, to a person, a group, the AI or email; round robin or least busy; office hours with holidays; what happens outside hours
• New featureWooCommerce and EDD purchases. A person’s orders, licences (keys masked, revealed one at a time and logged), renewals and subscriptions next to the chat, read live from your store and shown only for a logged-in or verified person
• New featureNotifications. Sounds, browser notifications, Web Push to phones and installed apps (no third-party service), and email alerts when a chat waits or a request for a person is not picked up
• New featureChat ratings. Good or Bad with an optional comment when a chat is resolved, and a Rated good view in the inbox
• New featurePrivacy. Tracking only with consent (si_consent cookie, WP Consent API, Global Privacy Control), a chat terms line with Agree and Withdraw, retention periods, export and erase through WordPress’s tools and the profile, an audit log, suggested privacy policy text, and IP addresses never stored
• New featureRealtime. Polling that works on any host, or a Pusher-protocol WebSocket server (Soketi, Laravel Reverb, Pusher) with automatic fall-back to polling
• New featureOwn licence key. Settings › Licence takes the licence key; bought as part of Ultimate, leave it empty and the main Rentals & Bookings licence on the site covers it. Updates arrive in Dashboard › Updates
